To Open Zip Files on an IPAD:
 
Locate the zip file in the Files app. You can find it in the "Browse" section or in a cloud storage service like iCloud Drive or Dropbox.
Tap on the zip file to preview its contents. If the file is not previewed automatically, you can tap the "More" (three-dot) button and select "Quick Look" to view its contents.
To extract the files, tap the Share button (square with an arrow pointing up) and choose an option like "Save to Files" or "Save to iCloud Drive" to save the extracted files to a location of your choice.
